New Rule

New rule y’all We will not be distracted by the illusions on social media, especially if you find yourself getting depressed comparing your life to someone else.

Let’s keep it real the illusion we show on social media can have a negative effect on our mental health sometimes. I know I’ve had these problems when we compare our real lives to the one we show on social media, it can lead to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem. It can also lead to feelings of depression and anxiety. We may start to think that our lives are not as exciting or successful as those of our peers, and this can lead to feelings of depression. But I’m here to remind you, you don’t need to compare yourself to anyone else cause you’re amazing, and if life has you feeling down remember better days are coming

Let’s try not to get in our feelings every time we see our friends posting pictures of their vacations or their new cars, we will not get jealous or envious. You don’t want to block your own blessings with negative energy y’all. This year we will not start to think that our lives are not as exciting or successful as theirs, why? Because family this can lead to feelings of depression. We may also feel like we are not living up to the standards set by our peers, and this can lead to feelings of inadequacy. We’re not going to do any of that this year

In conclusion, let’s keep in mind the illusion we show on social media can have a negative effect on our mental health. When we compare our real lives to the one we show on social media, it can lead to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem as well, cause what your showing and how your living is two different lifestyles But I’m not here to judge I just want to remind everyone that sometimes these platforms can also lead to feelings of depression and anxiety. It is important to take action when we start to feel the effects of comparing our real lives to the one we show on social media. We should focus on being kind to ourselves and recognizing that everyone has different experiences and successes. Social media is not a reflection of reality, and it is important to be mindful of how these platforms effects our mental health
