I would strive to be a beacon of hope,

Guiding all with love, kindness and integrity.

Shining bright with wisdom and grace,

Bringing people together, from every race.

I'd spread joy and happiness far and wide,

With a message of unity, for all to abide.

A light of hope, shining through the night,

Leading people towards a better life.

I would not seek to blind or deceive,

But rather show the path, and let people believe.

For true light is not just what we say,

But the actions we take, every day.

So if God asked me to be a light,

I'd shine with love, truth and might.
