The Power of Parables: Understanding God's Message

Dear Kings and Queens, as I deliver this message before you today, I am filled with gratitude for the journey that God has led me on. As a mother, I have come to understand more deeply the power of parables in our lives. Through the years, I have come to realize that these parables are not just simple stories, but they are tools that help us understand the message of God in a way that is meaningful and relevant to our lives.

Jesus used parables to help us relate to the message of the kingdom of God. He knew that we would need to hear the message in a way that we could understand, and so he used these stories to help us see the truth of God's love for us. And just like the parables that Jesus used, our journey with God is often filled with challenges and obstacles.

We are all like stubborn children, hearing the message of God but sometimes refusing to listen. We ask for things over and over again, even though we know they may not be in our best interest. But just like a loving parent, God continues to guide us, to show us the way, and to be patient with us as we grow and mature in our faith.

As a homeschooling parent, I understand the importance of different learning styles. Just like Jesus, who knew the importance of connecting with people in different ways, we too must recognize that people connect with God in different ways. We must not be discouraged by the word of God appearing confusing or contradictory, but instead, we must embrace the diversity of perspectives that are present in the scriptures.

We must not be so focused on the things that we don't understand that we forget about the things that we do. The search for understanding can lead us down a road of confusion if we are not careful. We must remember that God has already told us to live the desires of our hearts, but we must have faith in ourselves and in the God who made us, and who has given us the gifts and talents that we have. We must not let our lack of faith hinder our blessings.

In conclusion, my dear friends, let us remember that just like the parables that Jesus used, our journey with God is filled with challenges and obstacles, but through faith, perseverance, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we can overcome anything. Let us live our lives in a way that honors God and brings glory to His name. Amen.
